About the Brewery Tourist
Hello everyone. My name is Matt Osmundsen and I’ll be your brewery tour guide today. I’m a 30 year-old beer lover originally from Chicago, now living in St. Louis with my beautiful and talented wife, Heidi, who has toured many breweries across America. Along the way, I also would like to provide you with some valuable tour info as well as some semi-expert tour-going tips. Without further adieu, let the tours begin!

Shout-out!
Big thank you to the Prodigal Son Brewery and Pub in Pendelton, Oregon for letting me repurpose their spiffy brewing process diagram as my background image. Thanks again, Tim!
